I have continued to volunteer and supporting my local community for more than a decade.
The work we have done has included working with adults and children offering workshops, Motivational Speaking sessions and Therapeutic intervention to to Children and Young people with support needs around behaviour/anger management, low mood, self esteem, self harm ideation and a range of support needs with Murray Hall, Home Start and many other organisations.
Some of our experience includes community engagement which has led to collaboration with the NHS programmed as a motivational speaker in conjunction with the Mental Health Crisis Care Concordat conveying personal experiences of loved ones, with experience of supporting others within local Mental Health Support Services, Article 2 (HRA) Bereavements with 4Wardever UK, Common Unity and their The Waiting Room TWR and many other third sector organisations empowering people.
